1. Satisfaction guarantee

We are committed to providing a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products to help you get the right equipment to achieve your goals. If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased, simply return it in compliance with this policy to receive a refund from New Balance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Balance reserves the right to reject returns of defective or damaged merchandise.


Sorry, we do not accept returns on orders for custom footwear or personalized jerseys.


Step 2 Return goods

• It is your responsibility to carefully inspect the product upon receipt. You have the right to reject the products if they are damaged.

• We will not refuse to return the product simply because you have already opened the packaging, however, you should comply with the return criteria described below, including retaining and returning the opened packaging.

• All refunds will be refunded on the original payment path.

• It will take up to 7 days after we receive your return and required information to process your refund.

• Online promotional discounts apply and are credited to all eligible items you purchase. If you return some products, you will lose part of the discount amount.

• If you need to return a gift, please contact our online customer service.

• Goods purchased at any retail store should be returned at the retail store that sold the goods.

3. Exchange goods

Need help finding a new size, color, or product? We suggest you place a new order to replace the goods. Our stock changes from time to time and some sizes and colors may be sold out.


• To exchange the item, please return the item as specified in the "Return" section above and follow the "Return Procedure" below. Then order the item online in your desired color and size and use any discounts/credits that apply previously. New orders are treated as separate transactions, so please provide your payment information.

5. Return standard

Return policy

a members enjoy a seven-day return service for no reason

b More than 7 days but within the period of three packages, we provide the "three packages" return rules as follows:

1. Footwear with natural leather fabric for three months; Non-natural leather fabric footwear for two months; From the invoice date of sale of sneakers. If laws and regulations provide otherwise for the term of three guarantees, such provisions shall prevail.

2. Contents of "Three Packages"

2.1 Guaranteed return

a) One of the quality problems of broken sole, broken heel, section or broken side foot occurs in the first month.

b) Where the quality of the contract cannot be replaced for some reason.

c) If the repair is invalid twice within the first month, depreciation fee of 0.5% per day of the original price can be charged as appropriate to return the goods.

d) Any new shoes that have not been worn are not matched, the size of the shoes or one of the nails in the shoes.

2.2 Replacement

a) In the first time, the adhesive sports shoes are unglued (the joint of the bottom falls off or pops open with a length of 2cm and a depth of 0.5cm), and the face of the sports shoes is seriously bleached, panned, and the clip is seriously decolorized.

b) For quality problems of "warranty repair", those who fail to repair twice within the first month shall be replaced, or receive one-time compensation and repair with the consent of consumers.

2.3 Warranty

3. Implementation of "Three Guarantees" :

3.1 All express and other foreign products, processed products or improper wear and maintenance of consumers (such as wearing in rainy days, washing, touching acid, alkali, oil, touching hard objects, etc.) are not included in the scope of "three Guarantees".

3.2 The "Three Guarantees" certificate refers to the purchase certificate or invoice and the certificate of qualification. The implementation of "Three guarantees" shall be carried out by the distributor to the consumers according to the national "Product Quality Law" and the relevant provisions of the superior. The distributor shall be responsible for the implementation of "three guarantees" to the consumers.

3.3 Each manufacturer shall print on the back of the packing box cover the wearing and maintenance knowledge of sports shoes, the consumer guide, and express the wearing requirements of special leather types.

c Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

* Goods that have been washed, worn or damaged for your personal reasons

* Lack of original labels and tags

* Lack of gifts and accessories that come with the goods

* Lack of included merchandise or gifts

* Beyond the period required for return

* Mall only handles returns from mall orders, not from other sources

d Other Notes:

* Goods should be returned in the condition they were originally purchased

* You should return the outer packaging (whether it has been opened or not) for goods that have been returned for no reason within seven days. We would appreciate it if you could return the goods to the outer package for the other reasons mentioned above.

* Please return the warranty card with any return. If the invoice is included, please return it with the product

* Set items are not accepted for partial returns

* When your return application is approved, please contact customer service to submit your real and effective return express information in time, so as not to affect your return processing time

Return procedure

a Please log in to your Dora China official store account

b Click my account, find my order page, select the order you want to return, click return application and check the goods you want to return, and fill in the reason, type and necessary pictures of the return.

c Mall will inform you of the final result by SMS within 24 hours of working days. If you have any questions, please contact the online customer service. If approved, the SMS will inform you of the return address, each item contains the order details need to be sent back to the corresponding return address, and contact the customer service to timely submit your real and effective return express information, so as not to affect your return processing time

d We will arrange a refund for you within 7 days of receiving your returned goods

e For online payment orders, we will refund the original payment method;


Dora reserves the right to update or change the return policy from time to time. Dora  will issue notice of such changes through the service at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
