TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SITE Dora

Whereas

(i) Dora possesses and operates the Site integrating various tools and features designed to help Sellers and/or Selling Users to sell various products, especially game activation codes, by enabling them to set up their Sellers’ Stores on this website or any subpages; 

(ii) this Site also allows to search for and view products offered by the Sellers’ Stores, as well as to manage purchases from Sellers’ Stores;

(iii)Dora is never a Buyer and usually not the Seller, unless otherwise indicated on the Site, thus Dora habitually does not purchase digital content from Sellers and Selling Users and does not re-sell digital content to Users;  

(iv) the offers and sales performed within Sellers’ Stores are made between particular Sellers or Selling Users and Users while Dora only provides tools and technology to host, set up and operate the Sellers’ Stores, search and view products offered by the Sellers’ Stores, as well as manage the purchases made from the Sellers’ Stores, and provides certain additional services to the Users aimed at improving safety, speed and certainty of the transactions; 

· this document defines legal (contractual) relations between Dora and Users and between Dora and Sellers with Dora acting as an administrator of the Site; 

· this document does not define legal (contractual) relations or terms and conditions between Users and Selling Users and between Users and Sellers;

· this document does not cover the terms of use for receiving and making payments through the Site, which are provided by external payment providers in separate document (“bertrandcesvet Terms and Conditions”): using their services, Users are agreeing to be bound by their terms of service, as they may be amended from time to time;

· in particular, this document does not determine conditions specific for transactions and contracts being concluded between Users and Selling Users and between Users and Sellers such as: prices, content, quality, safety and legality of game activation codes, warranty and liability with regard to selling game activation codes. Dora employs certain controls to verify if the products offered via a given Seller’s Store are compliant with these Terms and Conditions, however Dora does not verify and warrant the veracity and accuracy of data provided by Users or Seller; each Seller’s Store is responsible for all activity and content generated within the respective Seller’s Store;

· notwithstanding the above – given Dora is a commerce provider of tools and technology allowing Sellers and Selling Users to set up their Sellers’ Stores, and, merely for purposes related with care for Dora brand, and avoiding unfair practices on the Site Dora reserves the right to establish basic set of activities prohibited on the Site as further mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.

1. General

1.1 Scope. Welcome to Dora International Trading, a subsidiary of Dora Group. These terms and conditions (the "Agreement" or "Terms") are a contract between you and Dora. Ltd., as the operator of the Website and Application (as defined below) and Fashion Choice PTE. Ltd. (the “Company”), as the company that uses the Site and App to sell products to you, collect payments and process your returns (as applicable, “ebay-us.shop”, “we” and “us” "Our" refers to roadget business PTE. Ltd. and/or fashion choice PTE Ltd. or "your" refers to the user of the Service (as defined below). These Terms apply to Shein Com (the "Website", including the Website's local version (e.g. ebay-us.shop), any mobile application ("Application"）

1.2 Terms Update. We reserve the right to modify the Terms, including the Privacy and Dora Policies, at any time and in our sole discretion. By continuing to use the Services after such changes (whether or not the Company notifies you), you agree to be bound by any changes we make to this Policy and/or accompanying policies/agreements, including without limitation the Privacy and Dora Policies. It is your responsibility to review this Policy and/or accompanying policies/agreements from time to time to verify such changes.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms. To shop with us, you must be 16 years or older. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2. Use our services

2.1 Negotiation. When you use our services, you agree to our processing of information and data and declare that all information and data you provide are true and consistent with the actual situation. You represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older or are able to use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to display the Service to access and use the Service Equipment. With respect to our Applications, they may only be used to purchase personal items for sale on the Site or Application and may not be used for any commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party, except with the prior express permission of the Company.

2.2 Usage Restrictions. Except as permitted in the preceding paragraph, you may not copy, distribute, display, sell, rent, transmit, create derivative works, translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise use the Service or any part thereof, unless the Company writes Explicit permission. Unless expressly permitted by the Company in advance, you may not use any information provided by the Service for any commercial purpose or use the Service to benefit other businesses. The Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including without limitation if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

3Notes to sellers

1.The seller needs to report to the customer service in advance if the seller removes the product or deletes the product. Otherwise, if there are abnormal problems in the store, you need to solve the responsibility by yourself.

2.After the first order ends, the second order starts and it takes 24 hours to complete the order. Otherwise your store reputation will be reduced. Over 48 hours your shop will be frozen。

3. The seller is obliged to process within 24 hours after accepting the order. Orders that have not been processed for a long time will lead to a decrease in the store's reputation score. Next, cash can only be withdrawn after the order is processed, and product exposure will be reduced by 10%. If the store is complained by customers, the reputation of the store will be reduced. Will result in suspension of withdrawal services. It is necessary to re-upgrade the reputation of the store in order to withdraw cash. In serious cases, the store will be frozen

3.1 When the buyer buys your product, you are selling it, and the buyer pays, which means that you have signed an order agreement, and you need to fulfill the obligation to deliver to the customer. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to your unilateral breach of contract, the customer can apply for compensation (the general compensation amount is 30-50% of the total order amount, depending on the condition of the goods)
